Waitlist is for Spring/Summer 2027.
Our kittens are provided with the following:
- Age‑appropriate FVRCP vaccinations and deworming
- Revolution or Capstar flea prevention
- Fecal exam confirming no internal parasites
- Spay or neuter, no exceptions
- Microchip
- FIV/FeLV tested (negative)
- A go‑home bag with current food, treats, toys, and a blanket carrying the scent of mom and littermates

Pricing & Reservation Process:
Our Devon Rex kittens are priced at $3,000 and up.
We no longer require a non‑refundable deposit to join our waitlist. If we contact you about an available kitten and you choose to pass or skip, your name will simply move to the end of the list.
Reservation Deposit:
A non‑refundable $500 reservation deposit is required only when you select your kitten, typically between 8–9 weeks of age. This deposit:
Final Payment:
The remaining balance is due in cash at pickup and must be paid in full before your kitten leaves for their new home.
Kitten Release Age:
Kittens remain with us until 16–18 weeks of age to ensure they are:

For kittens requiring a flight nanny, the fee is $200 plus the cost of round‑trip airfare and the airline’s pet travel fee, which varies by carrier.
